Service provider details

Definitions

  • Service provider: the company indicated above.

  • Customer: any natural or legal person who uses the services of the Service Provider.

  • Service: digital solutions provided by the Service Provider, including TikTok and social media content production, profile management, website creation and AI-based services.

Using the service

  • The Customer may use the Service Provider's services by accepting the quote and/or placing an order.

  • The contract is concluded by written confirmation of the parties or by electronic confirmation.

Pricing and payment terms

  • The Customer is obliged to pay the fee for the services by bank transfer based on the invoice issued by the Service Provider.

  • The payment deadline is 8 days from the date of invoice (unless otherwise agreed).

  • In case of late payment, the Service Provider is entitled to charge late payment interest.

Fulfillment

  • The Service Provider shall perform the agreed services within the deadlines set out in the agreement.

  • If the Client is late in delivering the required materials for content creation, the deadline may be extended. The same applies if, after the work has begun, the Client requests modifications or sets out different design requirements, as these changes may also affect the deadline.

Withdrawal and termination

  • The Client has the right to cancel the service before the work begins, without additional costs.

  • If the work has already begun, the Client is obliged to compensate for the work already completed in proportion to the termination.

Responsibility

  • The Service Provider strives to provide the best quality, but does not assume responsibility for the Client's business results (e.g. loss of revenue, unsuccessful campaign).

  • Some of the AI-based services are provided by the partner company NoWalls.ai , so the Service Provider's liability for these is limited.

Data management

  • The Service Provider processes Customer data as set out in the Privacy Statement , in accordance with the current GDPR regulations.

Complaints handling

  • The Customer can send their complaint to the email address info@nextwavesols.com .

  • The Service Provider investigates all complaints in accordance with the law.

Dispute resolution

  • Hungarian law governs any issues not regulated in these terms and conditions above.

  • The parties shall primarily attempt to resolve disputes peacefully.

  • In the event of a legal dispute, the court at the registered office of the Service Provider shall have jurisdiction.

Final provisions

  • These T&Cs are effective from September 22, 2025, until revoked.

  • The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC, of which it shall inform the Customers in advance.
